Regional Manager, with responsibility for £180m sales budget and more than 600
employees. His career progressed to Group operational roles including leading a
team that delivered significant cultural change. Martyn was then appointed to
the Stores Executive Management Team.
Martyn attended Henley Business School to study Retail
Management and during his corporate role as Head Performance Coach, he worked
on his coaching accreditation with a leading training consultancy in
conjunction with Middlesex University. Martyn is currently
attending courses on Mindfulness and The 3 Principles to deepen his
understanding of psychology and our brain at work.
As well as being an experienced coach, facilitator and
trainer, Martyn’s areas of expertise also include Leadership development,
